Oreo Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich
With summer approaching and ice cream parlors opening, these are the perfect at home snack to make for yourself or even with your children. With this easy Oreo Cookie Recipe, you can make a tasty cookie or a quick and easy Oreo Ice Cream Sandwich.
Ingredients
Oreo Cookies
- 1 box Cookies And Cream Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/8 cup Flour Adding flour isn't necessary but sometimes the cookie dough can be sticky.
Oreo Cookie Decoration
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Icing This step is very optional
- 1 Scoop Cookies And Cream Ice cream
- Oreos Only a piece of oreo per cookie is necessary
Instructions
Oreo Cookies
- Pour Cake Mix Into Bowl
- Add Flour
- Add 2 Eggs
- Add 1/3 of Vegetable Oil
- Mix all ingredients together until dough starts to form. Once dough is forming, use a silicone spatula to form all dough together.
- Use a cookie scooper to create the perfect size cookie dough ball. You can also use your hand but to create consistent cookies throughout , a cookie scooper is preferred.
- Now It's time to bake cookies! Heat Oven to 350 Degrees & place parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Place 12 cookies on sheet at least 2 inches apart.
- Bake cookies for 12 minutes & once they are done , allow them too cool for about 7mins.
- Once cool take a piece of oreo and a cookies and cream Hershey piece, place on top of cookies and push in gently.
- Take a tablespoon of icing and melt for 10 secs. Then take a spoon and drizzle over cookies.
- Allow icing to firm, add ice cream on bottom of one cookie, & place another cookie on top.
- Boom! A delicious Oreo Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich
