Melting Chocolate
Start by melting chocolate for 30 secs in a bowl or plastic container.
Once 30 sec ends, stir and microwave again for 30 secs. Please be very careful with this step, it can easily burn. If the chocolate is no where near melted microwave 30 secs again but if the bowl is hot , let chocolate sit.
If you feel as though your chocolate isn't all the way melted but close, melt for 10-15 secs. Make sure you are stiring between every section.
Placing Oreo In Mold
Once chocolate is melted, Place your oreo silicone mat on anything steady (can use pan) to prevent movement when you transfer Oreos to freezer.
Use your silicone mat to fill half the amount of each circle.
Add oreo and push gently in, but not to deep. You do not want to have the oreo showing at the bottom.
Fill in chocolate to cover oreo. Then use a butter knife to evenly scrap any extra access off.
